Mid-Atlantic Circuit, Inc. is a family owned business located in Eastern Pennsylvania. Founded in 1984, John Toutkoushian Jr. opened the doors to MCI and devoted much of his life to this business. He was extremely passionate about the industry and pushed to create a company that centers around high quality PCB production.

MCI is currently a woman-owned business by Linda, John's wife. Linda worked along side John at MCI over many years to support and grow our company.  She continues to carry out the same values that John wanted for his business. Several of John's children hold key positions at MCI, and are actively involved in making sure our customers' PCB needs are met. To us, our customers are like family!

We employ a team of skilled and experienced professionals that have a great wealth of knowledge of the Printed Circuit Board industry's standards. Many of our employees have grown with our company over the decades and continue to be a positive impact at MCI.
